Michelle Anto Pinto
Founder | Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI)
Mental health is about more than reducing symptoms; it's about understanding the connection between our thoughts, emotions, relationships, physical well-being, and daily experiences.
My goal is to provide thoughtful, evidence-based psychotherapy that helps children, adolescents, and adults develop greater self-awareness, strengthen resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Every person brings a unique story, and therapy should reflect that. Together, we build a personalized approach that honors your strengths while supporting your goals.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based psychotherapy while incorporating insights from neuroscience, nervous system regulation, and health and human performance to better understand the connection between the mind and body. Rather than focusing solely on symptom relief, I strive to help clients build practical skills that foster emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and long-term growth.
The MAP Wellness Philosophy
MAP Wellness was founded on the belief that meaningful healing extends beyond symptom management. The MAP philosophy—Mindfulness, Agility, and Perseverance—reflects a whole-person approach to emotional well-being, resilience, and lifelong growth.
Mindfulness encourages awareness, presence, and self-understanding.
Agility represents the ability to adapt, learn, and respond effectively to life's challenges.
Perseverance reflects the resilience to continue moving forward with purpose, even during difficult seasons.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, relationship challenges, or life transitions, my goal is to provide a compassionate, collaborative, and individualized therapeutic experience where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped with practical tools that continue supporting you beyond the therapy room.
