A little about me...

Hello,

My method blends mental health, movement, sensory awareness & emotional regulation to support healing. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, emotional challenges, relationships & personal growth, fostering resilience, confidence & self-empowerment through Mindfulness, Agility & Perseverance (MAP) for long-term well-being & growth.

By fostering emotional regulation, self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, I help individuals and families navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, neurodiversity, and relationship challenges. My approach empowers clients to build stronger relationships, overcome obstacles, and achieve lasting well-being while honoring their unique needs and experiences.

Healing is a journey, & you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re navigating life’s challenges, seeking clarity, or strengthening relationships, I provide a safe, supportive space to explore, heal, & grow. Every individual deserves to feel seen, heard, & understood—let’s work together to create meaningful change.
